Pros and Cons of the University of Minnesota?

I'm looking into going to the University of Minnesota (the Minneapolis campus) to study Business Admin/Management. I'd be a (white) international student and I'd like to know all the pros and cons of going there. I know Minnesota is a very cold state, and I'd be prepared for that anyway.
