I have rabbit urine burnout spots on my lawn. Does anyone know if a product like "Green Now" would work?

I'm looking for anything to spray on these rabbit burnout spots that are turning brown to salvage my lawn. It would be nice to find a way to keep the rabbits away as well. They are hanging around because my neighbor has a bunch of clover in his lawn.
