What should I do...what's wrong with me?

You can begin by not letting your feelings control your actions. Just think, "I'm doing this task whether I want to or not, therefore, I CHOOSE to want to do it." / If, like me, you are overwhelmed w/ responsibility, just do what you can for that day & allow yourself those feelings of having accomplished SOMETHING, instead of nothing (as usual). These little confidence boosters can give you more energy to keep trying. / But I'd recommend a doctor visit. There may be an underlying medical problem to your lethargy. (Under functioning kidney's, liver, heart condition. A lot of these develop from stress.)
