Thank oil companies for unsafe reactors?

Did know if have ground switch to core of reactor , you can stop meltdown threat in five minutes. Getting rid of free electrons will cool the core to room tempature and pump protons ges will give complete shut down. I saying the oil companies live off fear of the word "meltdown" and force use water to cool a reactor.
