Pain 10 months after hysterectomy?

I had a complete abdominal hysterectomy including ovaries done in Mar. 06 for severe endometriosis. I have not taken hormone replacement. I have had and ultrasound to check for ovarian remnant and also a CT Scan. I have had a blood test to check hormone levels and a urine test. Intersticial Cistitis has been ruled out. I've had physical therapy and accupuncture. I have pain on the right and left side of my pelvic area every day, especially when I get up in the morning. My doctor says she's out of ideas and doesn't want to do a laparoscopy. Something's definitely wrong with me. Any ideas?
