Who agrees that Bill Clinton was a better president than GW Bush and why do you agree with this?

I think the two were faced with such different things in their administration a comparison really isn't fair. On the downside Bill failed in many aspects. The lying thing was a big one. Not getting OSBL when he had the chance was another. Bush of course has many many failures as well and the majority of the country currently hates him. But he has been successful dealing with terrorists.
