Would a 88 honda prelude 4ws be a relable car? would the 4ws be a nightmare?

this would be a project car that i would be learning on. i wanted to practice puting a body kit on it and fixing the mechanical. but would the 4 wheel steering be too hard to work on? and also is it durible?i don't know anyone that has 4ws. so i dont know anything about it. thank you for your time.
