What should she wear on the first date?

In my novel the female protagonist is going on her first date with the male protagonist. I don't really know what to make her wear. I was thinking a burgundy blouse that has elbow-length sleeves with a black waist belt, a black knee-long skirt and a white overcoat. Does this sound all right? Robyn (the woman) is a skinny, mid-cup sized woman with an hourgl figure who's about 5'4'' and in her early twenties. Please help me decide what to make her dress in.
