Is it ok if i take creatine every day?

i work out 4 days a week lifting weights. 20 mins in the morning with light lifting and 40 mins in the evening with an intensive work out and then i also do 1 day of cardio with some minor weight lifting. on the days i work out i drink thi stuff called Body Fortress super advance whey protein and in the back it says it has 18mg of super recovery blend which consist of creatine monohydrate, taurine, L-Glutamine, leucine, isoleucine, and valine (plus i love the protein) anyways i take 3 scoops of the stuff on the days i exercise(1 before my workout and 2 after) i also take 1 scoop on the days i dont work out. is this ok and can i do this everyday? i heard some people say you dont want to take creatine everyday and only take it for a short while. I really like it because i notice it gives me energy for my intensive work outs.
